Empowering leaders with the values and laws for righteous governance
The VRP School of Statesmanship (SOS) equips public servants, leaders, and values advocates with the mindset and skills of true statesmen and stateswomen—grounded in the Values Restoration Program (VRP), steeped in Filipino values, and ready to navigate legal, social, and governance challenges with integrity. SOS modules combine solid content (e.g., the Philippine legal system, restorative justice, and dispute resolution) with formation, so that participants do not only know the law and processes, they also apply them in ways that are just, compassionate, and nation‑building.
Why This Training Matters
Government service today demands more than technical competence; it requires leaders who can make principled decisions in complex situations, handle conflicts responsibly, and protect the rights and welfare of citizens. The SOS modules respond to this need by integrating values restoration with leadership and paralegal/peace‑building skills, in line with VRP as a soft approach to anti‑corruption and good governance.
Through SOS, agencies can raise a pool of “statesman‑leaders” who understand their legal and moral responsibilities and are prepared to stand for righteousness, accountability, and the common good in their day‑to‑day work.

"My people perish because of lack of knowledge," is an apt scripture to describe the goal and aim of this seminar. The Paralegal seminar hopes to provide every concerned citizen who are exposed to the reality of corruption in the country a tool and knowledge as to the workings of the Philippine Legal System. |
