2 or 3 day activity that focuses on raising accountability partners in transforming and rebuilding the nation by reinforcing positive personal value system.

CRFV's deep love for our country and fellowmen, expressed through its unwavering commitment in delivering relevant, efficient, holistic, dynamic, and value laden-capacity building programs, gave birth to its Customized Training program in 2014.

Based on client and stakeholder's request and needs, we can deliver life-changing modules on Team Building, Stress Management, Risk Management, Financial Wellness, and Church Reformation. Each module has specific goals to achieve and tailored-fit to clients needs:

1. Team building pursues to unify organizations to have one mind, one heart, and one spirit towards a common vision;
2. Stress Management intends to bring healing to the mind, body, emotions, and spirit of participants;
3. Risk Management aspires to toughen efficient decision-making and problem-solving brought by good situation analysis;
4. Financial Wellness targets to correct poverty mentality which then opens the door of abundance and prosperity; and
5. Church Reformation purposes to resuscitate dying churches towards providing righteous and powerful social and public services.

At present, Customized Training seeks to expand its programs by translating values blueprints on social etiquette, personality development, customer service, 7s and dimensions of wellness to be provided as courses in the near future.

PUBLIC SERVICE VALUES PROGRAM (PSVP) ​

As an ALDI, we are a partner of CSC in the intensifying its “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani” campaign. PSVP is one of its flagship program and it is designed to strengthen and deepen the understanding of public servants in the importance of their roles towards achieving the mission and vision of the organization. It provides learning and development interventions to all government officials and employees to refresh their understanding of true public service and what characteristics a public servant must possess.

3-day seminar for youth that will awaken their love for country, their passion to serve the nation and vision to see the Philippines peaceful, progressive and for posterity.

Dr. Jose P. Rizal believed that the youth is the hope of the Fatherland and charged the young people of his generation to take heed of the call to serve the nation at all cost. The Book of Ecclesiastes admonishes us to “remember the Lord our God in the days of our youth”, while Saint Paul encourages his protégé Timothy to not let anyone despise his youth but to set an example of faith, love, and wisdom.

Amidst the societal decay and the corruption of their minds prevailing due to mass media, environmental and peer influences and other factors affecting their behavioral patterns, our youth of today need proper guidance and direction. This 2-day seminar will awaken the love for our country, the passion to serve the nation and the vision to see a nation that it is peaceful, progressive and for posterity.

SCHOOL OF STATESMANSHIP - PARALEGAL TRAINING

4-day seminar that gives the basic understanding in the layman’s language the workings of the law and the requirements that would make advocates for righteousness and good governance effective and equipped to give them added confidence, zeal, and direction.

Dura lex sed lex (the law may be harsh but it is the law). Law without values seems harsh but values without law can be abused. The School of Statesmanship Paralegal Training offers a unique way of studying the laws of the land by using values-anchored methodologies and strategies. It aims to raise statesmen and women by training them with statesmanship principles coupled with knowledge on the workings of the law. As a part of the Values Restoration Program, the School of Statesmanship Paralegal Training is crafted to raise statesmen and women who would not abuse the power of their position for personal gains but to institute changes that would redound to common good. The modules are designed to raise competent and excellent leaders with a heart.

The Council is continually supporting its people to learn more and be certified in different competencies. This results in excellence when there is a need to master or formulate different program designs to address special requests and needs by different offices. Most of the agencies requesting for customized trainings have already experienced some of the Councils’ seminars. This is also where private entities/companies come in for team buildings, values enhancement seminars, and more.
