Our Journey: 30+ Years Building Ethical Leaders
Since 1994, CRFV has empowered 160,000+ leaders to fight graft and restore Filipino values—from PNP origins to CSC-accredited powerhouse.
1994CRFV began under the Philippine National Police's Values Formation program to support President Fidel V. Ramos' Moral Recovery initiative, igniting a nationwide push for ethical standards in public service. This foundational role laid the groundwork for transforming officials into value-driven leaders committed to righteousness and justice. From these humble beginnings, CRFV set out to combat corruption at its core.
|
1999-2010Accredited as a Corruption Prevention Unit (CPU) by the Office of the Ombudsman in 1999, CRFV earned the Most Outstanding CPU award for three consecutive years (2000-2002), recognizing its pioneering anti-graft advocacy. Accreditations expanded to Luzon in 2007 and Visayas in 2010, amplifying reach across regions. These honors solidified CRFV's reputation as a vanguard for a graft-free society through targeted seminars and ethical training
|
2013-PresentIn 2013, CRFV launched the Values Restoration Program (VRP) as a groundbreaking public-private partnership under then-CSC Chairperson Francisco T. Duque III, delivering a 52-week blueprint on Filipino core values. Current Chairperson Alicia dela Rosa-Bala has championed its ongoing success, training thousands in patriotism, justice, and selflessness. This enduring initiative continues to foster moral recovery in government and private sectors nationwide.
|

What Participants Are Saying...
I have attended several orientation workshops in DepEd, but none like the Values Restoration Program. It makes me rethink the way I deal with things in school and, most importantly, how correct values can be implemented to effect positive change. It was even surprising to have been given a pin as Values Restoration Officer, a tall task, but one that makes me proud."
- VRO/School Principal, Rizal Central School, Tacloban City
The Values Restoration Program Seminar-Workshop was highly insightful, offering practical guidance on strengthening integrity and deepening our love for country. It left participants motivated and empowered to uphold ethical values in their personal lives and in public service.
