The Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values (CRFV) marked another milestone with the successful conclusion of its Values Restoration Program (VRP) Capacity Building XI, held as a hybrid event from November 18-21, 2025, at the scenic Tagaytay Country Hotel. Over 100 Values Restoration Officers (VROs) and values champions gathered onsite and virtually from across the Philippines, uniting under the powerful theme "ReBuilding the Nation through Values." This CSC-accredited summit empowered participants to champion integrity and ethical leadership in public service. A Power-Packed Program Ignites TransformationThe four-day agenda unfolded progressively, blending inspiration, interaction, and action. Day 1 set the stage with registration and leveling of expectations. Day 2 launched with Atty. Brian Keith F. Hosaka's keynote on rebuilding through everyday honesty and responsibility, followed by General Rodolfo S. Azurin, Jr.'s compelling "Moral Infrastructure: Laying the Foundation for Nation-Building," where he positioned integrity as the true bedrock of progress. Dir. Nathaniel A. Saquiban's session on ethical governance and Ms. Ame-Phil O. Saquiban's interactive workshop rounded out the day. Day 3 featured Dr. Arthur Luis P. Florentin's blueprint for values-based restoration, Mr. Jesus V. Sison on values champions, a dynamic panel with Mr. Jesus Zabala (BOC), Dr. Edwin R. Ferrer (DepEd Dagupan), and Prof. Jesha May C. De La Rama (NISU Victorino Salcedo Campus) on fortitude and community, plus Atty. Joyce B. Balong's call to secure lasting legacies. Day 4 culminated in an integration session, evaluations, VRO Pledge, and commissioning by Dir. Nathaniel A. Saquiban, followed by Tagaytay benchmarking. Stellar Speakers, Exceptional ImpactAttendees raved about the line-up, particularly Atty. Hosaka and Gen. Azurin. Hosaka's message on lived values earned outstanding praise for relevance and mastery, while Azurin's emphasis on moral foundations as essential infrastructure drew feedback like "discipline, integrity, and accountability are the real foundations of a strong nation". All sessions received exceptional ratings, with the panel sparking strategies on resilience.
